Recipe #7: Tex-Mex Pie

Now that I've been cooking more, i'm starting to notice a ton of similarities between cultural staples. This tex-mex style pie for example. It's basically an italitan meatball with salsa intead of garlic and cheddar instead of romano! Those little changes make all the difference though. BTW, very good :)
